Maharajganj District Taekwondo Association has been working for the last 10 years in Maharajganj district to train students studying in the school for self-protection and sports. Institutionally it was established in 2011 and started functioning. Maharajganj District Taekwondo Association is the only district sports body recognized by Uttar Pradesh Taekwondo Association Uttar Pradesh Taekwondo Association is accredited with Uttar Pradesh Olympic Association. In today’s environment, Taekwondo game is proving to be a better option for self-protection. Many players in the district are illuminating the name of the district by participating at the state level and national level.
